These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Pakdaa website and Pakdaa products (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them on its behalf.

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; if a change is significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Some products require an account. When you create one, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and not share them.
• Take responsibility for activity that happens under your account.
• Manage the people you invite to your workspace, and the permissions you give them.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to create an account.

Pakdaa offers a range of products. Some are available today, such as Pakdaa Forms and Pakdaa Boards. Others are still in development and may change before they are released.

We're always improving the Services, so features may be added, changed or removed over time. Where a change materially affects how you use a product, we'll try to give you reasonable notice.

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to host, process and display your content only as needed to provide the Services to you. Some features let you connect third-party services; your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Some products or plans may be paid. Prices, billing periods and what's included will be shown to you before you buy.

• Fees are billed in advance for each billing period unless stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
• If a payment fails, we may pause paid features after letting you know.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or stated otherwise.

If we change our prices, we'll give you advance notice, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

Please use the Services responsibly. You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Send spam, phishing messages or malicious software.
• Collect personal information about people without a lawful basis to do so.
• Try to access accounts, data or systems you aren't authorised to access.
• Disrupt, overload or interfere with the Services or other people's use of them.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. If you've found a security issue, please follow our responsible disclosure process.

We work hard to keep the Services reliable and secure, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we don't make any promises about the Services beyond those set out in these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Pakdaa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if continuing to provide the Services to you would create a risk for Pakdaa or others. Where it's reasonable, we'll let you know first.

When your account ends, your right to use the Services ends too. You can export your content before closing your account; afterwards, we may delete it after a reasonable period. Parts of these Terms that are meant to continue, such as payment obligations and limits on liability, still apply.
